Came here by default after a stay in Green Oaks back in 2019. My original psychiatrist retired. She was amazing. She heard me, made sure I was safely taking medications and the front desk team at that time was professional and on top of it. After 3-4 different providers since her retirement, it’s always been very “challenging” when trying to book appointment or communicate with the office. Waited half an hour after appointment start before the medical assistant to even came out to grab us to get vitals. Her demeanor was rude, passive aggressive, and dismissive. Not the type of person I would want working in a mental health facility. After that, she said the doctor wasn’t ready and escorted us back out to the waiting room. After 1 hour past the start time, I asked the front desk about how much longer and she said another 20 minutes and that she was running behind. I was fine until I went there. Blessing Ugbor is a liar. I called her and she didn't know her supervisor but she prescribed me medication. I kept calling n no results. Finally she calls n asked me what I want to do but she told her Medical Assistant to tell me to take the first medication. Keep calling n they hung up k didn't transfer me to my Doctor.
