Number one, I am sad that some of you writing reviews, are calling other patients "crazy". Number 2, I was 19 and was a "crazy" patient of this house of horrors. Words and stories do not remotely compare to the people who had to be at this facility. I was taken into a metal room in hand cuffs, when I was finally buzzed in to the main emergency part, it was pure chaos. I have seen and noticed many other situations involving the Chief Operating Officer Kyrysla Karlix. ( Chief Operatic Officer ) following me around. She has hired random people on the streets working for her by paying them cash for information or to play a role in surveillance of me. Greenoaks is a hoax and is a now separate from Medical City which is not Presbyterian quality by a long shot. I would be very careful with this organization. I had to stay here about two weeks ago and it was fairly decent. The only ones leaving poor reviews are people with attitude problems and were mad they could not act however they want. The food was the best part my only problem was with another patient who kept touching me.
