RecommendedI first worked with Tara while I was pregnant. My hip and back pain was gone after one visit. We discussed some dietary restrictions that I had questions about. After baby I still see her whenever I need to. She is patient, sweet, and has an extremely caring demeanor. Go for a visit you will not be disappointed.
I have been to many chiropractors in the Madison area but only Dr. Paredes’ treatment showed results. It’s a holistic approach, examination and treatment are done with utmost care and catered to your individual needs. My chronic back pain and immobility stemming from an injury improved dramatically. In addition, Dr. Paredes is the kindest human!
Best Chiropractor ever. Aligns everything and loosens the muscles so you stay aligned longer than just until you get out the door. Also gives great advice to stay healthy.
My military service did a number on my back and Dr. Paredes is always extremely helpful. She truly seems concerned with your well being and what you can do to feel better. My back hasn't felt this well in years and my only issue is that I didn't find her sooner.
The best chiropractor in town, IMHO. Combines massage, chiropractic and nutrition to get patients result - truly outstanding! She is far and above the best chiropractor I've been able to see in the last several years as well, she can feel where things are out of order and doesn't over-adjust. A lot of older chiropractors just do pretty generic general adjustments and would over-torque my back - Tara does such a great job!!
Dr. Tara is kind, thorough, attentive and helpful. Not only did she identify and help ease problems with my back, she gave me exercises to help strengthen my problem areas so I can be proactive in my own health needs. I would recommend a visit to Green Oak to anyone I know needing chiropractic health care!
