Four years later and a third of our panels are not working. Local branch is out of business so no way to get our money back or have them serviced without paying through the nose. Definitely not recommend
Poor Installation. One thunder storm.
Green NRG contracted us to do an install for them. We installed a job in the Houston area as per agreement (like we have done for years for Green NRG). But now they don't want to pay for the job. Said that they are closing doors anyway soon. Customers beware!!! They will take your money but not pay the subcontractors, who in turn may file a lien on your property for non-payment!!!
They still haven't completed my system, it's been 4 months and it's still not 100%. The subcontractors altered the plans and didnt follow the engineers specifications for the 4'x2' holes for the posts to be cemented in. The initial holes that were done right by me were 4' deep, but they decided to change the plans and auger new ones that were about 2' deep and in the process they put the panels over 14 holes and tried to hide it vs backfilling.
