We put our house on the market on a Thursday and were under contract that Sunday. We couldn't be happier with the service that our realtor, Bre Ronne, provided to us. With the exception of the buyers being a pain with some things, which Bre helped us work through, the process of selling our house was a breeze. If you need a realtor who will take care of you and get your property sold quickly, Bre is your girl.
If I could give negative ten stars, then I certainly would. I have called and left numerous messages for Ross Ronne to call me back regarding an appraisal for an estate. He never returns calls. Simple....if you don't want the job, then be professional about it and call back. I would not be offended, however I certainly will never use Green Realty, nor would I recommend them.
Michelle Ronne helped me rent out my house by doing background checks and listing and showing my property over two years ago and we had such a great experience. I would highly recommend her to do property management!!!!
