0/5 stars. I have seen Dr. Francavilla for a couple of years before terminating. Unfortunately, this doctor cannot admit a mistake when she has clearly made one. Instead, she blames the patient. Zero customer service. She should not see peds at all frankly. This doctor has ADHD with little insight to how she comes across to people. Just no. I wish I could offer a better review.
Honestly the worst provider I ever got care from. Since this time, I’ve gotten real compassionate mental health care and not RX goof berries from a fascist lunatic who canceled my care because she’s a judgemental shrew living in the wrong state and wrong era.
