I write this review after a few strong winds and heavy rain after roof done, new roof in great shape! John who is the GTA manager is very knowledgeable and professional, explained everything in great detail, quotation are reasonable and based on onsite drone inspection and estimate. Ciao and his installation team did great job and clean up every thing after job done. also did us favor for small repairs. Recommend them for you metal roof work!
Installed by a contracted out team that left garbage on the roof because the foreman needs to see soccer game -lol. Cleaned up by another team a few days later and redid some ugly pieces. Up till then we wete sort of fine. Then two years later garage ceiling paint start to fall off, and a piece of tape on dry wall fell as well. There are also set spots showing up. We brought in third-party inspector as GMR charges $300 up front and i am not certain they will be objective. Turns out caulking at a corner of garage was missed a... read more
5 star all the way! I couldn't be happier with my new metal roof! John from the sales team was extremely patient, provided a ton of good insights, examples of other customers roofs, etc. I never felt pressured at any point. Working with John was a refreshing experience. Paul and the install crew did an amazing job. Great attention to detail, polite, clean, etc. I can't say enough good things about Green Metal Roofing! Best of all, this is the last roof I'll ever purchase. It's going to outlive me!
Cannot possibly describe how happy I am with Green Metal Roofing, my new roof and the entire customer experience from start to finish! David explained everything in detail up front …just a straight shooter with integrity. The company actually installed a week prior to the estimated install date and showed up when they said they would: how refreshing is that! The installers were awesome and there were so many extra details I hadn’t expected like the flashing over the edges and protection from wildlife. Highly highly recommend... read more
I chose Green Metal Roofing after researching a number of vendor options. From the point of my initially inquiries through to project completion my experience exceed my expectations. We first met with John, who was very professional, friendly and informative, while answering all of our questions. He arrived at our property and after taken images through his drone, we had an opportunity to view material samples and colors. Once we opted to proceed, Daniel and his installation crew completed the work in a timely fashion and th... read more
