I had my Roof installed Oct 2023 I pay Cash , was realy dessapointed with the company and installer the were working late a nite with flash lite, the was some imperfection a toke 3 Weeks befor the sales agent and the company respondet to my call. The come in and fixet the problem , i waited one year befour to ghet the warranty document after i called my lawyer' I have notice a damage on my roof 3 weeks go called them the mention to me that the had no record that the installed the Roof at my house i have contact my Lawyer aga... read more
Just had my roof done by this company. We love the look of the product but unhappy with the customer service. I stepped on staples that fell from the roof onto my back deck while they were tacking down the membrane. Wifi antenna left hanging and swing into my house. Ladder wasn’t tied off and hit my downspout. The section was replaced but the original piece was a seamless single piece from eaves to the ground. Was supposed to take 2-3 days and it took over 7 days.
I was very impressed with Green Metal Roofing! The owners and staff are super professional, knowledgeable, punctual and polite. They clearly care about their work. The staff who installed our new roof were also punctual, polite, and very skilled. They finished our garage roof in just 2 days and it looks great! We live in a rural area and were were very grateful to find such a good company willing to drive up to where we live to provide us with their skilled labour. Thank you so much!
