Amazing place to spend a day with the kids. Not only the had a blast the adults also had a blast. Can't wait to go back.

Maybe having smaller tour groups would be a good idea, had a very disappointing experience. I wasn't expecting a refund or anything, just a simple apology and perhaps a different tour guide. Management did absolutely nothing, in fact Linda asked me if I wanted to tell my side of the story! She told, Juana, the tour guide not to worry about it and told me everyone has their own opinion on the way out! Completely unprofessional. I would not suggest this place to anyone with small children!
