History Green Meadows Farm was started in 1964 in Waterford, Wisconsin by Bob and Coni Keyes. Thats the year they decided to convert their 80-acre hog and cattle business into a pick-your-own vegetables and raspberry farm. I have grown up at Green Meadows! I remember going as a child and now going with my children! We also attend on Field Trips with the school I teach at! Keep it up Green Meadows you made a wonderful impression on me that will last a lifetime!
It's the place to be. I will never forget the look on my son's face when we went. He has autism, so its hard for him but when we got to visit he was talking up and storm with a smile on his face the whole time. The interaction with all the animals was awesome. I highly recommend visiting. I even went when I was a kid.
I went with my daughter last year on a school field trip and she still talks about it constantly! Now my younger daughter has started begging to go! It is such a fun and educational experience that children won't soon forget!
It has been many years since I was last here, on my own school field trip, but it is one of the very few that still sticks with me. I talk about it often to my mom, remembering things we saw and did, and I cannot wait to take my little one there this year to let her experience it for herself! It will be so much more special going with our family, and I look forward to their fall pumpkin festival they do! :)
I love that I can touch the animals. My daughter loves it very much. My whole family enjoys having a good time there. I being going there a couple of times.
