Contacted them to possibly sign up with them with a seasonal contract. The guy who picked up had an arrogant attitude. These guys use latinos for their crew and you might find it challenging to communicate with them unless you're bilingual. I see other reviewers have had a similar negative experience.
Called from a full page color ad. They made an appointment to come out to talk to me about there service that I was going to have them do in my yard. Appointment was made for a Tuesday or Wednesday and would call when they were going to be here. NO CALL OR NO SHOW for the appointment. Not a company that I want to do work for me.

I have seen them cut my neighbor's lawn and their crew appears to be all latinos and you might find it challenging to communicate with them unless you're bilingual as they barely speak English. I see other reviewers online have had a similar negative experience.

They are more concerned with how fast they do the job than the quality of the job or being careful not to destroy your property. It's not just a matter of training the staff to slow down, not to use cutting and edging tools on brick patios, not running over your gardens, borders, etc. This is just plain common sense that people in this business should know.
