Stay Away! Contacted them to possibly sign up with them with a seasonal contract. The person who answered the phone was very rude and could care less about gaining an additional customer. I have seen them cut my neighbor's lawn and their crew appears to be all latinos and you might find it challenging to communicate with them unless you're bilingual as they barely speak English. I see other reviewers online have had a similar negative experience.
Very Unprofessional and rude!! Absolutely worst service and customer service ever! Missed half my yard and when I called for a service call, I happened to pull up just as the worker started. I witnessed again a "quick " zig zag thru my yard, load up and gone!! When I called and complained again, I was told by the rep that his "brother" redid the "whole thing" and that I was a liar!!
