I would like to thank Derrick for coming to check on my AC unit because I had a bad leak on my carpet,but it was coming from a leak up stairs since the 19th of May. I thought I had put in a maintenance request but I hadn't finish it. I put in a phone one on the 22nd of may and it was taken care of 5 stars. Now I have an problem the smell of weed it was so strong it gave me a head ache a young man was sitting on the steps smoking
