Derek was on time and very polite and got the job done once again I needed service maintenance Derrick was right on time
I recently moved into the Dwell Central property and wow the place is beautiful like crystal promised! The staff within this community and company is exceptional! Teresa, Crystal, Derek are all wonderful people to have in your corner. They have went above and beyond for me. I truly truly appreciate and am beyond grateful for them.
Affordable housing, clean neighborhood, ideal locations & great staff. 10/10 I would recommend. Special commodations for the maintenance supervisor Derek for his excellent work ethic and skill set.
Great, quiet community! The maintenance manager, Derrick, has really delivered on what he promised. He's spruced the property up with power washing, enclosing the trash area, and is always prompt when responding to other issues that crop up. Kudos to him, the manager, and all of Dwell!
Mr Hampton is great with communication to ease the worries of the residents
