I have a 9 year old yorkie who can be quite...nervous (to put it nicely) in public/around strangers. But as soon as we turn onto their road, he knows where we are going (see attached photo of this moment 😂), gets excited & when we walk in he is SO HAPPY, it almost doesn’t make sense! After bringing my pets there for years, I received a registered letter dropping me as a customer and banning me from the premises because of something a relative of mine posted. I had nothing to do with the incident and no knowledge of what happened. I have cancer and because the office manager would not change his mind about the ban, I now have to find a new veterinarian for my elderly dog.
Horrible place I suggest going to Colegate vet
We started taking our animals there when Spindler was there. But the caring people have continued to be awesome even tho he is not there. Today we got a sympathy card in the mail regarding the passing of our best buddy Rocco. This an awesome bunch of caring people.
Took my Bill there a few years ago, when Dr. Spindler was there. He did surgery on his back. He regained his ability to walk. I cant say enough of about the Vet and staff.
Absolutely horrible place, The red head receptionist was very rude and inappropriate, very unprofessional, We walked out after being left in a room for 45 minutes past the appointment time. These people should be shut down.
