I was seen by Dr. Green-mack initially, and loved her. However, patients are then shunted off to her NP. The NP was rude, deviated from the established treatment plan, changed meds that were working. NP acted insulted when questions were asked. NP repeatedly attempted to prescribe medications that were contraindicated by allergies and/or other existing medical conditions. I attempted to discuss these issues with Dr. Green-mack and was immediately released from her practice.

Dr G is very compassionate and caring. I never feel rushed and she makes sure your needs are met before you walk out the door. It's a good thing because trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone is next to impossible.

Dr. is intelligent but there are major problems with her practice: no response per phone, limited access, dingy office, NP is rude and a control freak; no sanitary practices such as handwashing observed; errors and delays in medication orders by mail ( timing, etc), not listening, treat you like a junkie; more interested in filling out "boxes" on computer than listening and actually treating you as a individual patient. If no stars were an option I would have chosen that. RUN, RUN, RUN!

Dianne Leach, NP saw me the first visit. With no introduction I thought she was the MD. She had an agenda and it wasn't about listening. I wasn't allowed to talk. She was rude. The patient room dingy and the deor was nasty. She ordered a RX what SHE WANTED me to take and I didn't receive the order on time. It was never ordered until 2 weeks later. Getting ahold of someone is difficult. They never answer the phone. Leaving a message via the portal works b

Dr. Green- Mack didn't show up for scheduled appointments with me when they were made in the A.M. Literally gets to work late. Don't schedule with her until the afternoon where I am told you have a better chance of her not missing her appointments or backing everyone up hours. She is an in- network provider but uses out of network labs. Would have been nice to know up front but instead we ended up with a bill for $2,600.00. Generally came across as very unprofessional. Won't go back anymore.

Thanks to Dr. Green back my husband is been able to go back to work is been able to spend time with his family and do things that he loves their office staff are wonderful and has always been able to help him and they're great about their scheduling
