Friendly and cheap!
Even though my mom has been paying on our storage unit the place apparently decided to take it upon themselves to throw all our stuff out back in February, without notifying us, and continue to cash her checks and take her money. We lost so much stuff that could never be replaced. They also have ripped us off a couple times by not giving us receipts when we paid cash and then demanding payment for the same month again. Scumbag con-artists!
