We continue to use these guys and they continue to be awesome. Quick to respond and incredibly cost efficient as they aren’t parts replacers before troubleshooting first and trying to fix the problem.

11/18 Update (3.5 Stars): Ben returned today to replace the humidifier pipe with a copper one and also completed the winter maintenance at no charge, as promised. He assured me that no water damage had occurred and maintained that there had been no inspection or installation failure. According to him, the humidifier pipe was already in place, and they had simply reattached it to the new hose and pipes. That said, I noticed some inconsistencies. Super happy with my decision using Greenline. Ben was great setting me up with the right system for what we were wanting and very easy to work with. Braeden and Kysen work really hard and did a terrific job on the install. They take a lot of pride in doing it right and making it look good at the same time. Awesome group.
