TLDR: Quality and caring about you and your needs, not about profits and selling. Noticed a water leak in furnace blower and issues with our heater and AC. Had Superior do a $300 inspection/clean that lasted 15 minutes, tech said "I'm not cleaning it" then tried to sell us $700+ in labor to do the cleaning work we already paid for. They missed a massive water leak and rust that had been present for years. This company is awesome! Plumbing, Heating, and Air
Zach was very professional, friendly and upfront. There's never been any hidden fees or last minute 'additional' parts. We previously had them install a tank less water heater, they did a awesome job. Zach was one of installers then, so when he showed up to fix our latest issue I knew it was going to be done correctly and fairly. Thanks Zach and Greenline
Nuthin' worse than running out of hot water in the middle of a shower! Zach came out right away and diagnosed my hot water heater as shot and way over lifespan. He gave me several options for replacement and didn't push any particular one. I made my choice and he was back within an hour with the new unit and shortly after I was back in action. Zach was super knowledgeable, professional, and very timely in his work.
