I decided several years ago that I needed to sell my property or get a good manager. I decided to try the manager option and I am totally happy with the results. The fees are reasonable and response prompt. It has taken the pressure off worrying about unexpected calls from my tenants.
Dude went out of his way to help me move. Didn't have to lift a finger, but even used his personal truck in his spare time to haul a trailer load of my stuff to its new destination.
Horrible service. Our friend took his own life and they made us cover his rent. Never met a more heartless group of people in Duncan and the property owner.
Total scam. Do not rent through them. They will rip you off at every chance. Duncan is especially awful.
