We had a commercial multi-family house to sell in Montpelier, and although it presented its own set of challenges, Hannah expertly navigated through them with a command of knowledge, procedure, and professionalism. She paid attention to details and was very instrumental in negotiating with the buyer. She is very personable, has a broad scope of expertise, and is always available to answer questions. We could not have done it without her!
Lauren was a GODSEND! This was our first ever house purchase and she went above and beyond in every way. We would send her houses and she would check them out ahead of time to see if they qualified for our loan and get information from other realtors if there were issues before we even saw the houses. Lindsay worked tirelessly with us to find the right house for our family of 5 in Vermont as we were moving here from SW Pennsylvania. The house that we really loved she worked to have remediated so that we could purchase it, as we really compared every other house we saw to it.

Brian was super friendly and easy to work with and also professional and knowledgeable.
