The Green Light Diner is the vision of owners Laura and John Nesby. Long time restaurateurs in the Poulsbo community, The Green Light aims to pay homage not only to the roots of Historic Poulsbo but also the American dining scene by rekindling the spirit of the classic diner. Serving quality but simple "Comfort Food" meals complete with a vintage soda fountain. Breakfast is served all day as well as a broad lunch and dinner menu. Local craft beers on tap, wine and a full cocktail list is also available.

The very best Chicken Fried Steak!
We had breakfast there last weekend. Fantastic!!! Could not believe the amount of food served and we ate the "whole thing"!!!
I was with Stephanie at lunch. Several waitresses passed us many times before we finally were able to order, and the order never made it to the kitchen. I understand mistakes can be made and the waitress was very sorry, but they definitely were understaffed and the diner was Extremely loud, very poor acoustics. Maybe will try again when we have a lot more time.
You are the best! You have the best sausage gravy in the county and we will keep coming back for more. Keep up the great work!

With it's huge menu, breakfast ALL DAY, lunch, dinner and elaborate fountain dessert menu, from biscuits and gravy to salads, sammies, burgers and ice cream creations including adult shakes and gluten free options you won't be left without choices. A yummy and fun place for all ages!
