Very rude at front desk. Took a tour but she showed me a unit that I couldn’t get. Sticking to their rules is great! But if someone doesn’t others can be blamed. Have paperwork that my deposit is coming to me. This is 2 1/2 years ago.
To those of you writing bad reviews, you've obviously done something to make your experience bad... This was the best place I've ever rented from. Our unit was extremely clean, the buildings and grounds were maintained beautifully for their age and when we left they were doing upgrades to the outsides of the buildings and working on their parking lots! Tracy is the rudest landlord I've ever had. Came home from a business trip and my thermostat was on a hundred degrees. Someone came into my apartment and left my heat on 100 degree setting for many days while I was out of town. Among many other things, worst living experience of my life, hands down.
