Amazing location and neighborhood. Front office was very easy to work with. Bushra took me on my tour - she was very personable and welcoming, able to answer every question, and found me the perfect place!
The woman in the office was so friendly and helpful! I really liked being able to do a self tour.
There is a window in the lower level of the parking garage here at which has been knocked all the way out, presumably by a burglar who was trying to get access to the parking garage, and the property managers hasn't taken any action to cover the opening. I spoke with them in person about the matter on Feb. 5, and they said they were aware of the problem and would cover the opening with plywood while they were waiting for the parts. Unimpressed with the MFTE apts. You must fill out an application for each unit of 'interest' without seeing the actual unit, adding funds to the pockets of the management of at least $40 for each application they receive. No pictures seem to be available until you pay the application fee. The management acts like your best friend, at first that is. Shady and out for themselves as far as assistance with an 'affordable' place in crap town Seattle. Run.
I moved into GLV in February 2025. I recently transferred into a larger apartment in my building. I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings in the past, but never one with the sense of community that I've found here. It's partly because the leasing and maintenance staff have offices here. But what makes it feel like a community are the monthly events the staff hosts for us. My favorite is Trivia Night!
