TL;DR: Misleading move out/proration tactics that prompt early key return, then full rent billed through lease end—plus high fees and utilities. No effort/ghosting from the complicit front office staff. Poor overall value. Our time at Green Lake Village was fine until moved out. We gave notice on April 21 that we would not renew; our lease ran through June 17, and we intended to pay through that date. Location is unbeatable, but that’s about it. Office staff are snippy, and the few kind or competent ones cycle out fast. It’s disappointing how far this place is going downhill, especially with the joke of a “merge”. Getting in touch with anyone now takes five times the effort, the halls smell like a landfill and problems have to fade away instead of being fixed. For how good green lake is, it really makes you wish anyone else was in charge of this huge complex
