Great place to live! super chill zone, close to many things, 10 mins by subway; safe zone; quality vs price is reasonable; As an European I really love this place!
Every single staff person I have interacted with (which is quite a few!) has been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. I could not be more excited to move in - and I think I’ll be here a long time.
Lazy leasing office staff. For the price they charge, you would expect them to actually work during the hours they set. Time and time again, they simply refuse to, without reason. If you ever need something from the leasing office staff, you’ll often be met with refusal and hostile attitudes. The amenities are not kept up. I recently moved to the Teel apartments and my move in process has been nothing but a 5 star. The staff are very friendly and made it easy and convenient, thanks to Brady and the team of the Teel and Green lake village. The apartment itself is quiet, and equipped with brand new appliances. The one thing that I'm not a fan of is the parking garage is too tight. I got a regular size spot and my compact SUV can fit with barely enough space to open the doors.
