TLDR: Great location, great community, great character, responsive management. Can't beat being across from green lake park. Just up the hill there're some good restaurants and a nice local pub. Love having dozens of Thai restaurants within walking distance. Decent grocery not too far away. Super bikeable. I've met many of the tenants and there's a great feeling of community and respect here. Unfortunately after ~1 year things have got even worse. The stars are for the convenience to access the beautiful green lake area and the modest living experience provided by the apartment. The management is just a joke - it shows no care about residents. Here it is common that construction work producing loud noise starts without advanced notice. Maybe the management thinks that residents here all have protective gears, or they are super tolerant of disturbance like such? In short I don't think this place can provide you a ... read more

Fairly decent place. It would be even better if management can always inform residents upon any possibly disturbing maintenance, like painting work which gives off strong smell.

Missy and Brayden were the best and our neighbors were so kind. This is a really special place and perfect for living near Greenlake. Happy to have lived here for over a year. Only complaint is the street can get noisy. Otherwise it’s a great place to call home.

Though we ended up signing a lease before our tour, Missy and Brayden were extraordinarily kind, flexible, helpful and encouraging during our apartment search!
