I am so thrilled with my beautiful ring! Green Lake took my vague idea of what my dream ring was and created a masterpiece, a work of art. Amber's design was so much better than anything I could've imagined and Brant helped me find the perfect Montana sapphire for the center stone. I am so in love with my custom wedding ring!! I get compliments daily and I have had it for 8yrs! I had a small issue with the band and they went above and beyond to make it right in a short period of time and we live in Florida.
I was looking for a rare purple sapphire stone that was just the right color, size and cut and they delivered. My custom engagement ring turned out exactly how I wanted and is absolutely gorgeous! I recommend Inae, she was a pleasure to work with, listened to my needs and wants, knowledgable, and patient. I was really excited to come here after a friend told me about them. However, we were not given much assistance, felt rushed, and was judged on how manly I am for wanting a thinner ring.
From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed! Benjamin was absolutely one of the most helpful and knowledgeable Designers I've ever encountered. He taught us so much and was so helpful! One of the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Truly recommend Greenlake Jewelry!
