Avoid this company at all costs
I have been with Green King for 9 years. The company did a great job until about a year and half ago. The price is good but the service is not as good. They seems to have a big turnover. The technicians walk around areas where there is weed problem. I called the company would send out a supervisor sometime the supervisor would spray if he has the equipment with him. I have had the tech said his spray hose wasn’t long enough. I had the tech pull to the back of drive way to finish spraying. The last service I had this month th... read more

Green King is a horrible company. They told me they left a message to say they were coming but they actually didn’t. They said since the service was done (even without my approval) I still had to pay. They did the exact same thing to my father. I will never use Green King again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They burned my yard this year and will not take ownership for there negligence. I spoke with Greg the owner and all he wants to tell you about is his degrees and how they couldn’t damage the yard. Customer service is poor to none. I know have to re sod part of my yard due to there negligence! Run as fast as possible from this company. My neighbor and I have canceled due to this. POOR POOR POOR!!!!
We have used Green King since we moved into our new home that had been sodded for almost 7 months! It looked decent, but I wanted it to look better. Hired you guys and now my yard is dead! Your ads on TV say you guarantee satisfaction! Well, let’s see! I either want my money back, so I can pay for new sod! Or I want you guys to sod it! Then I will tell everyone and anyone that you made good to your promise!
Employees pissing on the side of my house. Office manager just blew me off and said they may write the employee up at the end of the day when he completes his shift. Do not use green king.
First time was great! Second time halfway sprayed yard and weeds. Supervisor was supposed to come out and look at spot in yard and never did.
We tried several companies before making our final switch to GreenKing. Our yard is gorgeous thanks to you guys. We've won yard of the month twice in the last 2 summers which is amazing considering the other companies could never seem to get the weeds or dead spots under control. Thank y'all!
