The online system they use is extremely flawed and charges way more for VISA transactions than they’re supposed to. I thought the limit was $10?? But they charge more like $70 to use a VISA. This cannot be ok. It seems immoral.
AWFUL. Deceitful and no wonder the most recent 5-star reviews come from people who’ve only posted ONE REVIEWin their lives and it just so happens to be for Green Keys. (That’s a sign that an account was created for the sole purpose of leaving that review lolol.) Get with the times!! We can tell which reviews are fake. (The responses it’s just too much. I’m very grateful for my time with Green Keys Property Management. I moved in about 17 months ago, and I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t always been the easiest tenant to lease to. “Green” as in $$$, not as in environmentally minded. Just another cheap landlord who employs unlicensed contractors and will hook you up with the cheapest (NOT energy star rated) appliances. But I’m sure that makes her a lot of “green”. Edit because it looks like she wants to fix her bad rating: “encourages” the use of energy efficient appliances? There is just not enough space to talk about how AMAZING Gail and her team at Green Keys are! I did so much research because I was absolutely terrified I would be fumbling around or somehow taken advantage of because I had no idea how to rent my house out and how to be a good landlord, and then I met Gail.
