Gail is reasonable and easy to work with. Maintenence is prompt and done well. Leasing manager Kate is dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, a decent enough PM company.
I’ve been a tenant with GKPM for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Gail and her team are always prompt with requests, consistently professional, and genuinely willing to work with tenants to find solutions when issues arise. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to maintenance, Jesse—he provides exceptional customer service and is an incredibly kind and respectful person. I highly recommend GKPM for your next housing adventure!

Worst rental / management company. Rigid nonsense “rules” and horrible communication. Maintenance requests were ignored. We did everything we could to move out asap once the lease ended. Avoid Gail and Green Keys!!!
