Great view, sincere and fabulous service. The Ritz Kids experience was a definite joy for children.
The food are good and the stuff are very friendly. Keep the good work .
It was overall a good experience. Celebrated my mum's birthday with the extended family and had made prior arrangements like flowers, cakes and longevity buns. The restaurant host, Ophelia was attentive and great. However, given that we were a party of 25, it would have been better if we had two service staff to reduce waiting times. The assigned server to our tables seemed slightly inexperienced and mess up a couple of orders. Otherwise, food was of good standard as usual and our family had a great time. Thank you.
