Excellent hotel service! Some of us from Chelsea FC Supporters Club in Singapore spent some time @ Chihuly Lounge last week over a few days especially the night hours as we consumed food and drinks. A soothing and comfortable lounge with great service team there. I i used to hear about Ritz Carlton being a 6-star hotel property, I agree. Please convey our appreciation to the F&B team @ Chihuly Lounge.
Me n hubby were welcomed the minute our cab stopped at the hotel by the door boy and then the GRO Shahirah whom escorted us to reception and waited in the queue wth me. We had small talk while waiting when she found out that we r celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. The wait wasn't long till I was attended by Zong at reception.
