I stayed here against my own will as part of the SHN process. The level of service, food, even how the staff is talking to SHN customers is unacceptably bad - especially for Ritz standards. And granted that government claimed those rooms from hotels and certainly there is a huge revenue loss incurred (even tho i’d argue that with so few tourists in sg currently, this extra money may be welcome) - but i still cannot comprehend how food cannot be served hot, concierge cannot be at least polite or even front desk cannot simply ... read more

We booked the family package which provided us with a tent for the kids in the room and lots of treats, gifts and games to keep them entertained. We got an upgrade to a higher level room overlooking the marina which was stunning and the room comfortably fitted us all. Due to Covid breakfast was served to the room and was a fantastic spread.
