Had a series of full day meetings last week for 4 consecutive days at the Ritz Carlton Singapore. Was assigned a core banquet team consisting of Jian loong, Peck Lan and Kim Chu. It was with them that our guests, colleagues and I experienced out of the world service provided by them ! They were absolutely welcoming, genuine, efficient, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I'd like to extend my appreciation and a big thank you to them and also the rest of the team who made our event a success.
We have been dinning at Ritz Carlton for decades. Great Services never changed, wonderful staff like Tessa and Rethish, Khin PT and many others provided unforgettable services. Keep the excellent service culture alive ! Definitely highly recommended
