Green homes was recommended to me by Energy Sage. Initially, things went really smooth, but installation needs to be done by end of 2025 to get tax rebate, of $13,000. They have missed deadlines, won’t give new dates and I am now in the last 2 weeks of December and they have ghosted me. At this time I am contacting the Attorney General and regular legal counsel because I am not only concerned that it won’t be done on time, but that it won’t be done at all.
Green Home System did a great job installing my system with a reasonable price. But, for any followup or services request, I can't go thru and no answers period. No one answers the phone calls or emails. My system is down for a month now and Enlighten couldn't help me on line, the installer has to come and repair the system, no other choice.
UPDATE: Beware, don't believe the recent five star reviews that are so obviously fake. Check out their F rating on BBB and the numerous complaints that have gone unanswered there. Thankfully we didn't get permission to operate so our loan has been in deferment because we refused to get a downgraded system because of GHS gross negligence. The company has failed to respond to leaks after installing solar panels. Very difficult to now communicate in order to replace roof and reinstall the solar panels. They are not available over the phone. Very frustrating.
I live by my self and did not wants stranger come and bid on a solar panels . Green Home Systems offers a unique approach which I loved . I sent my electric bill to Netor my rep and he told me to join a virtual meeting . We discussed my bill and then he offered me an alternative. It was easy no pushy sales person . Thank you Green Home Systems My Los Angeles solar installation looks amazing and saving me money.
