We had a wonderful experience with Ben from Green Home Garage Door and Gate Repair! When our older garage door system broke, trapping our cars inside on a Saturday night, we contacted Ben and heard back from him within a half hour. He took time to look at our pictures and videos over the phone on a Saturday night to assess what he believed to be the issue, and he said he could come first thing Sunday morning.
