They churn em and burn em here. After 2 separate occasions of trying to get through to someone about my children, today was the last straw. Having a child that needs care and being told to “call back when we’re not so busy” isn’t something you want to hear. I called 4 times, was on hold a total of 19-minutes and was instructed they do not have voice mail nor can they take messages. Good bye
Green Hills is amazing. We love Dr Walters and feel this practice is extremely professional.
We love Dr. Ladd! He has seen our 10 year old twins since they were born, and our 5 year old daughter with special needs. He always asks questions, really listens to what you have to say, and offers practical advice. I often joke about how much my daughter needs her own roll of paper, since she loves to tear it all to pieces each time we're there. When we were leaving on her last visit, he gave her a roll of her own to bring home! Something so simple made a huge impression on us!
We love Dr Walters! All the other physicians and staff are great!
We love Dr. Ladd and his care for our son! He is direct and straight forward and reassuring. He encourages us to trust our parental instincts and is a good listener. He is also prompt, we never spend long in the waiting room which is my normal experience with doctors. We look forward to having him care for our daughter when she joins our family this fall!
