David and Jenny give the customer an experience they will never forget. They don’t want to just sell you their product, but to make a connection and help you in whatever way they can. They offer zero pressure hospitality. I didn’t buy the biggest/most expensive ring, but they still made me feel like a priority and that is something I won’t soon forget.
