Sorta dank and dim lighting. The "flow" of the weight room isn't good either. It's like being in a dungeon and the men's locker room is like an old high school locker room. I prefer Maryland Farms YMCA or Downtown!
Great place to be!!! Has everything you need along with a nice environment.
A good place to work out and meet new friends and learn ways to work out at home to.
