LOVE the friendly, helpful staff! LOVE the variety of schedules and classes and the fact that I can start my work out at 4:45 A.M. BEFORE work! Also, LOVE the newly remodeled women's dressing room :)
State of the art equipment, professionally trained, certified instructors, classes for every age and stage of life, service oriented, helpful and FRIENDLY STAFF ! ~ Papa Ray (one of the friendly staff) :)
