We used Greenhill Funeral Home for my brother's funeral. Tom Dugan was very professional, very cordial, very understanding and compassionate as well as very accomodating and paying close attention to details as requested. My brother looked natural, like he was just sleeping. Brandi and Erin in the Owasso office were very kind, worked hard on everything despite my challenge of adding tons of pics to the slide show. This funeral home was recommended at the heart hospital as being one of the less expensive cremation providers. A positive: staff met me after hours to pick up mom’s remains (I’d missed a lot of recent work under the circumstances). Before I paid, an expectation was set. But after I paid, it took longer than promised to have the remains ready. I’m still wondering if/when I’ll get the death certificate. No follow up, no known reason of what is causing the delay, if “dr. Has signed off yet?”, etc. I have very little experience... read more
