BAD decision to buy their pruning shears! Turned out that their 100% satisfaction guarantee is actually 100% dissatisfaction guarantee. Refused to either replace or refund purchase price on these very lightly used/very poorly made shears . See small rivets that hold blade on that are a really bad system for a blade (see photo) Replaced them with Tabor Tools Pruning Shears (Amazon) - way better!
