Take your money for telehealth and then they ghost you. Especially Bianka. UPDATE But, the price was fair. The questionaire was convenient and a little confusing. The following day the doctor arrived at out sheduled time. We discussed my medical history and I had some questions. He answed me and approved and submitted my certification and I had my card that afternoon.
Do not just show up thinking the hours are real they are not. The business hours are indeed fake and they are not there at the time they say they are they require you to make some kind of appointment I’m assuming so just to save you some time when you look in the comments don’t bother. They are closed.
I SHOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR IT SHOULD BE NEGATIVE FIVE STARS BECAUSE THE ISSUE IS I LIVE IN VANCOUVER WASHINGTON WHICH IS A HOP SKIP AND A JUMP FROM OREGON 5 MINUTES AWAY THIS COMPANY GREENHEALTH DOCS FORGOT UNPROFESSIONALLY TO SUPPLY ME INFORMATION AS THEY WELL KNEW I WAS A RESIDENCE OF VANCOUVER WASHINGTON AND HAD TO EXPLAIN TO TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES FOR GREENHEALTH DOCS THAT I LIVED IN VANCOUVER AND IF IT WOULD BE A PROBLEM THEY SAID NO WENT AHEAD AND TOOK MY $200 SENT ME TO THE STATE OF OREGON AND THEN I HAD TO PAY ... read more
3 stars because the providers I have seen prior to this years recertification were amazing. After this recertification my allot was changed to lower. When I called in and asked about this I was told everything is fine, nothing changed, and then was told they would submit for an increase which wasn't something I asked for. I called to ask about why my numbers where different. They advised me to talk to the state and after doing so the state advised that my allotment was changed. I won't be back next year. Called in concern with the arrival of my Card and i was told they cant find me in their system. Someone tell me if they were ever scammed.!!!
