The doctor at green health docs never sent the state approval for me to participate in the program. I waited for my card for a month. I asked the state why I’m not receiving my card and they said it was because the doctor didn’t do their job! They eventually sent the state what they needed and would NOT give me a refund. I was not satisfied with the service!
This place is fantastic, with some of the best deals. I really appreciate Matt for providing excellent service. I would highly recommend it! 👌
I have been any patient for years. I tried to apply a discount code. It didn't apply. I canceled my appointment immediately and called for a refund. I was promised it was processed last Saturday 2/1. I called today 2/6 and they had held my money and hadn't even started a refund yet. I will not be using them any longer. As a disabled person, I am on a limited income and this is awful. I need the money back at this point. I don't even care about my medical card.
I met with the doctor today via telehealth. Prior to the appointment I had to complete some check in process by uploading my ID and verification of my condition (which I think was optional.) The process was pretty easy although the doctor couldn't hear me so he called me and we completed the appt via the phone. He asked good questions and was very thorough. He said my condition was qualifying and I should expect to get my card in the mail within 5 days. Update: It took much longer than anticipated. Most likely a USPS problem... read more
