Rosewood Villas review: I loved living here when Tina was the manager, the property was always well maintained and there was really no issues at all. Last year when Ana Monroy took over it went significantly downhill. There was constant maintenance and construction (6+mos) up until the day I moved out. She would notify residents after the fact that they were testing the fire alarms (8AM) but would not text us until after they were completed so we did not know what was going on. I have been a tenant for 9 years at the Silverwood Villas complex, While the management there is amazing the people at corporate are horrible, We signed a new lease back in December that will not take effect until June 2026 so we are month to month right now until June. My husband and I are having to move out so we have a 30 day notice to management and corporate letting them know our situation. There response was to hit us with a 4K bill for "breaking our lease" I have reached out to corporate several times and they refuse ... read more
