Rosewood Villas review: I loved living here when Tina was the manager, the property was always well maintained and there was really no issues at all. Last year when Ana Monroy took over it went significantly downhill. There was constant maintenance and construction (6+mos) up until the day I moved out. She would notify residents after the fact that they were testing the fire alarms (8AM) but would not text us until after they were completed so we did not know what was going on.
