This is our first time using Green Grounds, and I’m highly impressed with the quality of their service and the attention to detail Zane gave our property. You can tell their goal is to leave no weed behind and keep the yard healthy! We also signed up for their pest control service, and I was impressed with their treatment process compared to services we’ve used in the past. Thanks, Green Grounds!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Complete lack of care or interest given in providing a decent customer experience. Multiple calls made and texts sent on our end and no follow through on their end. We had an overall good experience with the technicians providing the service. The people working in their office dealing with paying customers are the worst and useless. ***Update, I have spoken with their management and they are going to try to correct this issue. I am happy that they reached out and I hope that we have a good experience going forward. I have been a loyal customer of Green Grounds for 3 years. This past year, I called to tell them that there were still weeds around the edges of my lawn. When the technician came, I showed him the weeds. Over the next few weeks, I realized that the edges of my lawn was dying. They had over-sprayed the lawn to get rid of the weeds.
