I walked into the salon terrified because my hair had just been completely damaged at a salon in NYC (we're talking totally over-processed, hair coming out in chunks, etc). Rose took AMAZING care of me in giving me a deep-conditioning treatment, teaching me about a new product I could use daily, giving me a trim, and sending me out with hair that looked replenished and felt manageable. Very thankful for her work and comfort and for the experience at the salon where everyone was lovely. Highly recommend!
