This company has provided many years of excellent service for my furnace. The technicians arrive on time , work efficiently and always have time for my questions. And Nathan is always available to respond to my emails/phone calls and is a wonderful resource. Great team!

Absolutely awful. I’ve had to wait. Two appointments way over schedule times. Their companies that they bring in the people are not knowing what they’re doing, and their people that they bring in are completely rude. Workers show up whenever they feel like without with not within timelines. Don’t respect your time as an individual. They show up in human clothes with no proper shirts, proving who they work for no business cards the proper communication between the property manager and Green generations employees are very uncl... read more

I called them for a service on an oil furnace that wasn't working. They showed up on time, sorted the issue out, and were really easy to deal with. I find many HVAC firms have a high sales pressure approach, but my experience with Green Generation has been full of advice to save me money. Would recommend.

This is my experience. Furnace not working. Called for service. Waited 2 weeks for first appointment. Canceled. Waited a week for the second. Canceled. Waited a week for third appointment and they finally came. Said I need a new motor and would price. Had to call again to get price. Then an appointment made for a week after that and when he was supposed to be at my home ,called us to cancel yet again and rescheduled for 10 days. I then said forget it.
