We have been customers for many years and have used their landscaping program for about 2-3 years. I cancelled the landscaping only in late May, it was getting too expensive. Less than 4 weeks later I get an "estimate" that said everything was basically infested with pests and needed to "call today to prevent further damage." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! I personally did not hire this company to spray for weeds in my grass, but my neighbor did, and when they sprayed the grass between our house, they not only killed some of his grass, but killed a spot where I just put new sod in November of 2021, prior to them servicing my neighbor’s yard. Failed to show for a scheduled appointment. I called three times and left messages. Not even the courtesy of a return call. Very unprofessional outfit; would not recommend. In fact, would strongly discourage.

Asked for aeration & seed Oct 22 before frost and asked for heads up before (so i could watch as half my yard was skipped when I peeked out the window) got it Nov 8th after 2 frosts (websites agree it is too late) snowed on 10th. Did not do side or back of yard. Called told me "fine pay half ($60) for aeration which golf courses and lawn services do even in winter, check out these websites' (all sites were 'error' and could not find one site agreeing.) The sales reps and girls in the office are very polite and efficient. They do a great job on the lawn and make sure to leave notes behind to help me help them make my lawn as beautiful as it can be. Thanks guys!

They told me this is normal and insisted on arguing with me when I went to cancel. It's not that I don't know how to take care of a lawn it's that I thought I'd save myself some time this summer. We haven't even had a drought. So there is no excuse for this. The first lush green grass picture was taken when my pool was still covered. So before memorial day. The second after memorial day.
