I'm changing my review to a more favorable review to four Star. I have received a callback and the woman I spoke with was very pleasant and explained everything clearly to me. They have not received my application from SCE and expect it this week or next. If you can get through, they are very pleasant and cooperative. I have made upward of 5 calls to their published number. Each time. Regardless of the extension I was transferred to a mailbox all of which were full and couldn't leave a message. Too bad you still have to rate 1 star because if it was possible to rate 0, I would. I have been trying to reach someone via phone but it just keeps ringing or it won't ring at all and go straight to voicemail. This is by far one of the worst services I have ever had the displeasure of being referred to. SCE seriously needs to vet these companies before sending their paying customers over to them. An inspector came 11/3/25, did what he had to do, said they'd be in touch after 30-42 days but I have heard nothing from them. Ed... read more

Application submitted on 11/3 and approved by SCE. They never respond for 2 months, trying to call them more than 20 times and left message but no one answered or call back. Very disappointed. My project approved by SCE. How you can say not approved??
Extremely difficult to get a live person to answer the phone.
