I am trying to use the Critical Care Backup Battery program I qualify for and this company was assigned to me by SCE. Its been 3 weeks with no call back. I left a message each time I call with a request to leave a message on my voicemail in case I dont answer. I dont answer any calls that say potential span or unknown caller. I don’t understand why bother to have a business if they can’t even keep up with appointments and being present on time. If this business can’t make the first step right, I doubt this company will take care of customers.

This company is AMAZING. The people in the office, especially manager Elizabeth, are very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. The technicians/installers were professional and respectful when coming to my home. Highly recommend!!!

No issues with the MEN who've come out to deliver. That office is another story. Honestly, it's full of incompetent women, starting from the manager going down. It's been almost a year and I still haven't received all the services I was approved for. They have a high turnover rate because they're constantly hiring "new" people which is why it's been almost a year I'm sure.
