Was told they did 6 tests and my lap top failed 5 so my hard drive is shot (which I now know is very uncommon these days) . They told me 50/50 chance of saving data. Good news! They saved it! 40 MORE dollars on to bill! Told them not to replace hard drive,paid them, and took my computer home. I decided to try a different router and modem and WOW my computer worked fine.
