If I could give Michael Zimmerman a 0 star rating, I would. This man is the most whiny, manipulative, pathetic & incompetent “business owner” I’ve ever had any encounters with. Due to legal action, I will spare you the details on our personal situation, I recommend you trust my word & do not attempt any rentals or business with this man. I met manuel the other day while I was dining at a restaurant with my family and for some reason he came over to talk to me and introduce himself. Everything was going well but he would not stop looking at my wife and it made me feel so uncomfortable.
Looking for a property to open a new business venture in Duncanville Texas. Spotted a property last month (December 2014) on Cedar Ridge and contacted Michael Zimmerman of Green Earth Realty for specs of the suite. Received a voicemail; therefore, I left a message. Michael returned my call in a timely fashion and inquired what type of business I planned to open.
