I wish I was able to give Green Door Properties 0 stars. While I was renting from them, they were slow to answer any issues we had. After we moved out, we never heard from the landlord again. I have emailed Shane Mitchell upwards of 10 times and have yet to hear back from him about our security deposit. If you can, use anyone but this company.

Green Door Properties was the company I rented from for seven and a half years. I have had a great relationship with everyone in the company. They are very professional and take care of problems in a very timely fashion. They are very well known in the neighborhood. I have many friends that happily rent from them. Mike Kane was my Real Estate agent when I bought my first house. All in all great experience for almost a whole decade!

I am on my second apartment rented from Green Door, from my experience this is a top notch outfit that has been extremely helpful, not only in locating my first apartment but also my second. As of right now they are helping me find my first home to buy, and I could not be happier with the level of service that they are providing me.

I had the best experience buying a home from Green Door Properties. When buying a house they made me feel very comfortable and any questions I had during the transaction the response was unbelievable. I highly recommend the Green Door Team for purchasing of a new home for a seamless and smooth transaction.
