Terrible experience with this contractor. The project was quoted as taking 2 months, was abandoned after 1.5 years. The work that was done was of poor quality: holes in the stair risers, screws on electric outlets sticking out crooked, grout crumbling, bathroom light fixtures coming off the wall, bathrooms left with patchy paint, etc etc etc.
We needed to remodel and renovate the whole house, 1800 sq feet. We went with this company not because it was the cheaper option, on the contrary it was more expensive than some other ones we interviewed. We went with them because they had a project manager who promised to make everything as hands off as possible and said he had several crews that could work on evenings and weekends, and that he would be there to make sure everything was getting done well. Green design builders did a great job with our landscaping project. They redid the façade of our home, tore out concrete that was in bad shape and installed pavers, and redid all of our fencing. The project manager, Miki, took really good care of us. He was a great communicator, and gave us alternative options that would work best for our needs based on our budget and his experience. Russ was wonderful. Obviously he was an expert builderand advised, rather than trying to sell. There was an honest misunderstanding on my part re cooker choice a nd immediately they remedied it. The project manager was available and communicative. Terrific job
We wanted to redo our front yard and had somewhat of an idea but weren't exactly sure of what. David came and gave us some ideas and together we came up with a plan. Seeing the computer-generated 3D pictures was very helpful. When the project started, we were introduced to Richard (the foreman) and David put us all on a group text so the communication between all of us was clear and there were no misunderstandings.
