This is first time I write a review about medical office please stay a way from this office ,first the office staff are so rude I called because I could not find the office Lisa was so rude she hang up on me then I called back talk to other person to find the office once I got in the office they wanted $220 up front they never told me there will be a change for consultation and I ask for manger she was really really rude and didn't care that's why they have low rating I'm so glad I didn't give them my money and please anyone... read more
This office is a rip of I had 1procedure and at my first visit the dr took skin samples to send to lab I paid my $35 copay (I have very good insurance ) on way out had to stop at desk n make appt only to be told I owe $460 ! I didn’t pay it I went home n called my insurance , and they listened to whole story , and told me no You don’t owe them anything , that proceeded by calling the dr office and came back to me and said it’s all taken care of you owe nothing …., so I go back for results *pay $35 co pay go in for in office ... read more
What a rip-off. At the entrance, I paid a $30 co-pay, got to the room, and was checked by Dr. Green, who was very sick with a cold and sent me back to pay another $375 for spot nitrogen treatment, and a few weeks later, another $175 bill. Six months later, I went to Dermatology Experts and walked out with a $30 co-pay for the exact same treatment. You guys...never again!
Had a great experience here. Every single staff member I interacted with was so kind and professional. Great place
