I've lived here for about three and half years. Management has always been very helpful and understanding. Since I have lived here, the laundry room has been remodeled, the swimming pool has been replastered, all of the windows have been replaced and they are currently painting the outside of the buildings. They are constantly upgrading the property. The rent for the square footage of the apartment is awesome without too many huge rent increases.
